job Benchmark Landscape has done for
us at our Alder Woods condominium
conversion project in El Cajon. This
10 acres site with 148 existing units
had numerous problems with drainage
and the irrigation system which were
resolved by your staff. The maintenance
performed by your team for the past
three years has also been outstanding.
We also appreciate
the quality of the new materials used
and the attractive appearance of the
installation work for both the areas
for which we had landscape architectural
plans and the design/build areas which
Benchmark planned. This work, combined
with excellent maintenance, have made
this large site very attractive.
